Bought from the farm
We buy direct rather than through a chain of middlemen, which is what lets us know where a crate came from.
Pressed and ground in small batches
Our oils are bull pressed and our flours stone ground, in quantities small enough to stay fresh.
Priced honestly, every day
Fresh produce is repriced each morning at the going rate. When the market falls, so does what you pay.
